- Maturation/Ageing: In barriques of 225 liter’s Nièvres and Tronçais for twelve months.
- Characteristics: A ruby red wine with an intense and elegant aroma and a slight scent of grass, wild berries reminding of mint and cacao. It has well framed tannins on a smooth structure. After taste in accordance to the bouquet.

ROSSO STAJNBECH, by BORGO STAJNBECH
- Grapes: Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%)
- Colour: deep ruby red, elegant and persistent scent (morello cherry and vanilla)
- Maturation/Ageing: In barriques for at least 15 months and then 6 months in bottle
- Food Matches: meat roasts, wild boar, roe deer or mature cheese
- Serving Temperature: best at 20° C with a decanter or at least two hours before drinking
BAINSIZZA, by SAVIAN
- Grapes: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon e 20% Merlot
- Alcohol Content: 13 % vol.

- Food Matches: ideal for baked or grilled red meat dishes and stews of “noble” poultry and game.
Result of blending of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested after a short drying process directly on the plant, after fermentation it rests for ten, twelve months in quality oak barrels. It has a charming ruby red colour with a tint of garnet; its bouquet is fruity, slightly spicy. Wine of great character, well structured, elegant and of innate softness in taste.

360 RUBER CAPITE, by BOSCO DEL MERLO
- Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot e Malbech
- Vinification: each variety is vinified separately, with macerations lasting from 10 to 15 days. Then the wines are put in barriques (225 litres barrels) for 12 – 15 months; after that they are joined and age for 4 months in 20 and 30 Hl barrels. Then it refines for 9 months in bottle.
- Organoleptic Characteristics: Colour: lively ruby red, Bouquet: rich and complex with clear scents of small red fruit, spices and tobacco, Taste: pleasantly austere, it maintains a pleasant fruit, supported by a strong but mellow body.

CARLINE ROSSO RISERVA, by LE CARLINE
The Carline Rosso is the typical Bordeaux blend wine, but from local point of view: Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso (refosco with red footstalk), Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Grapes are carefully selected, (maturity, integrity) because after the wine has to mellow for a long time in barrel. The Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is a typical cultivar in Lison Pramaggiore DOC. Berry is of medium size, the skin is thick and tough black-blue. It’s harvested rather late, resistant, wine has a deep red color, intense perfumes; taste fruity, slightly tannic, with almond aftertaste, good body. These features make the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso suitable to quality wine making, such as Riserva, both alone or blended. According to Refosco’s fans, Carline Rosso is the Chianti of Venice, only the main wine changes: Refosco instead of Sangiovese.
- Sensorial Feature: It needs at least two years mellowing first in barrels and then in barriques, following by maturing in the bottle. It has a garnet red colour, typical full bouquet with strong notes of vanilla, and a dry, velvety and pleasantly bitter flavour.
- Gastronomic Matches: Ideal for red meat roasts, braised dishes and game.
- Serving Temperature: It should be uncorked 2-3 hours before serving and served at 18°C
- Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

AMMIANA, by SANTA CRISTINA
- Area: Venice Lagoon, Santa Cristina Isle
- Sensorial Feature: This elegant red wine is made from Merlot and Cabernet grapes produced in a very old wineyard in the middle of Venice Lagoon. When in summer the grapevine has not enaugh water, her roots touch salty sea water: it gives the particular sapidity taste. Grapes are macerated for 10/12 days and then Ammiana Wine mellows for 6 months in barrell ending ageing in the bottle. Deep ruby red with shades of violet. Fruity: raspberry, blackberry and soft fruits. Complex, but well balanced and fine, good sapidity.
- Gastronomic Matches: Excellent with meat, game dishes, cold meat and aged cheese.
- Serving Temperature: Served at 18° C, maybe opened 2/3 hours before drinking
- Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
